NSCDC PARTNERS WITH COOPA, SECURITY AGENCIES FOR BETTER SERVICE DELIVERY
The Akwa Ibom State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Barr. Samuel Adekunle Fadeyi has expressed readiness to partner with Conference of Online Publishers in Akwa Ibom State (COOPA) and other Security Agencies for better service delivery to the people of the State.
The Commandant declared the stand during COOPA’s official visit to his office earlier today.
According to him, “We will try and synergize to ensure Akwa Ibom people are kept abreast with what is happening in our office. I am particularly a fan of ICT and online news.
“I want to thank COOPA for the support so far especially when I came in newly on February this year. I want us to push the relationship further.”
The State Commandant also commended the Akwa Ibom State Government for the conducive environment for the Organization to operate.
He promised more synergy with relevant security agencies in the State to up the security situation as a peaceful State.
As a Lawyer, Fadeyi said he has been deploying necessary tools to ensure immediate attention given to cases under their jurisdiction with keen interest in protecting human rights.
Earlier in his remark, the Chancellor of COOPA, Cmd. Ifreke Nseowo who was accompanied by his executive, appreciated the State Commandant of NSCDC for the confidence reposed in the group to be partners in effective service delivery to the masses.
He added that the group as an active online media community, it will always seek ways of ensuring the best security services are delivered to the people of the State through positive collaborations with relevant bodies.
Chancellor Nseowo also appealed to NSCDC in the State to be opened to constructive reasoning and advice so that the body can advance in its strides.
He however wished the State Commandant a successful service period in the State.
