AKSG: GOV EMMANUEL APPOINTS WORKS COMMISSIONER HIS CoS
Governor Udom Emmanuel has appointed Commissioner for Works, Akparawa Ephraim Inyang-eyen as his Chief of Staff (CoS).
According to the Commissioner for Information, Sir Charles Udoh who briefed the press after today’s State Executive Council meeting, the appointment takes immediate effect.
Also, from the information desk of the State, Ephraim Inyang is to also supervise the Ministry of Works until a new substantive Commissioner for Works is appointed.
It could be recalled that after the governor’s election in 2015, Ephraim Inyang who was the President of Transformation Initiative for the Emancipation of Ibom People had a preference for the position of Chief of Staff to the Governor.

With the development, there is a speculation that the Governor may soon reshuffle his cabinet.
